Facebook Community

Every subscribing coach and administrator will have access to a Facebook group to ask questions and discuss various topics. Regardless of sport or level, we all have similar issues that we deal with. This is a chance for us to connect with other coaches across the country.
Live Monthly Online Sessions

Once per month, a live session will be hosted online by leadership experts. Coaches & administrators can jump on, ask questions, and have a dialogue about things that are important to them.
Motivational Minute

One-minute inspirational or motivational talk that can be used prior to games or practices. If you are an underdog, favorite, on a hot-streak, or a losing streak, pick the talk that your team needs.
Skype

Jamy Bechler, motivational speaker, leadership coach, and author will conduct a video conference/meeting once per year for every subscribing team or athletic department. We will work with your staff or I.T. people to coordinate the technology part of the video sessions.
Assessments

Coaches and student-athletes will have the opportunity to evaluate and assess their current leadership status, ability, and potential.

New modules and lessons will be released on July 1 and January 1 of each year so that the content doesn’t run out.

Lessons are only two minutes long. We are 100% flexible. We can give you a road map of a schedule or you can watch them on your own pace.

We address a current issue in sports by providing two videos – one for athletes and one for coaches.
